Membership Agreement

1. Purpose of Membership

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the spiritual, cultural, and lawful responsibilities of individuals who choose to join Sovran Nation as a private member.

Membership is a sacred covenant, not a commercial contract, and is governed by Natural Law, Customary Indigenous Law, and the principles of truth, honor, and mutual respect.

2. Voluntary Participation

By applying for and accepting membership, you affirm:

• You are joining of your own free will
• You acknowledge Sovran Nation's jurisdiction as distinct from colonial corporate systems
• You recognize and honor the sovereign, spiritual, and ancestral foundation upon which this Nation is built

3. Nature of the Relationship

Membership with Sovran Nation:

• Does not imply citizenship or allegiance to any colonial, state, or federal authority
• Is not subject to commercial or statutory regulation
• Is a spiritual and communal affiliation that transcends corporate governance structures

4. Membership Expectations

As a member, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself with integrity, respect, and alignment with Natural Law
• Respect the sacred teachings, leadership, elders, and cultural wisdom shared within the Nation
• Refrain from sharing classified or members-only content with non-members or outside entities
• Support the growth and protection of Sovran Nation through peaceful engagement and contribution

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

You acknowledge that membership grants access to private, spiritual, and intellectual property of Sovran Nation. You agree not to:

• Disclose, share, or republish members-only content without express consent
• Copy, duplicate, or exploit sacred knowledge for commercial or unauthorized use

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of membership and may be subject to spiritual and customary remedy.

6. Termination of Membership

Membership is a mutual agreement. Sovran Nation reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if:

• A member acts dishonorably, maliciously, or destructively
• A member breaches this Agreement or disrespects the customs of the Nation

Members may also choose to withdraw their membership at any time by written notice.

7. Sovereign Standing

By joining Sovran Nation:

• You affirm your standing as a living being, not a corporate fiction
• You acknowledge your natural and inherent rights under Natural Law, not as granted by colonial institutions but as inherited by birth and ancestry

8. Governing Principles

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the foundational spiritual laws, customs, and natural principles recognized by Sovran Nation, not by any provincial, federal, or admiralty law.

9. Acknowledgment

By accepting membership, you acknowledge:

• That you have read and comprehend this Agreement
• That you accept the spiritual and lawful responsibilities it contains
• That your participation is grounded in truth, honor, and commitment to the collective upliftment of all life
