Common Law vs. Maritime Law: What You Were Never Told

Most people move through life under an illusion that the rules they follow are natural, unchangeable, and rooted in justice. But the system you obey is not grounded in the common law of the land, but in the maritime law of commerce.

Common Law recognizes you as a living, breathing being, with inherent rights granted by the Creator and affirmed in natural justice. Maritime/Admiralty Law, by contrast, treats you as a corporate entity, a vessel, a debtor bound in contracts you never knowingly consented to.

This is why you are summoned to “court” as a NAME IN ALL CAPS. That’s not you. That’s a corporate construct. Sovereignty means reclaiming your standing as a living man or woman, operating in common law jurisdiction, not drifting under maritime policy.

The rebellion begins with awareness. The moment you recognize that statutes, policies, and codes are not law but administrative tools of commerce, you begin to free yourself. The real law is written in your birthright, not in hidden ledgers.
